本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MHシミュレーター（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件および開発者（以下「当方」）とユーザーの皆さまとの間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 適用

本規約は、ユーザーと当方との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。本アプリ内の説明、ヘルプ、注意書き等がある場合、それらも本規約の一部を構成します。

2. 本アプリの内容

本アプリは、ハンティングアクションゲーム「モンスターハンターワイルズ」を対象として、以下の機能を提供する iOS 向けアプリです。

スキル条件からの装備（防具・護石・装飾品・武器）の組み合わせ検索
検索結果が0件の場合に「あれば組める護石」を提示する鑑定護石の逆引き
所持護石の登録・管理、護石ウィッシュリスト
カメラによる護石情報の読み取り入力補助
マイセット（装備の組み合わせ）の保存・管理
カスタム武器の登録
広告表示、Pro版（買い切り型アプリ内課金）

3. 非公式アプリであることの表明

本アプリは、個人が開発・運営する非公式のファンメイドアプリです。

本アプリは、株式会社カプコンおよびその関連会社とは一切関係がなく、承認・提携・後援を受けたものではありません
「モンスターハンター」および関連する名称、ゲーム内の名称・データ等に関する権利は、それぞれの権利者に帰属します
権利者からの申し立てがあった場合、本アプリは機能の変更または公開の停止を行うことがあります

4. 利用環境

本アプリは、対応する iOS 端末および対応 OS 上で利用できます。本アプリの利用に必要な端末、通信環境、Apple ID 等は、ユーザー自身の責任と費用で準備・管理するものとします。

5. アカウント

本アプリは、独自の会員登録機能やログイン機能を提供しません。ただし、App Store 等の Apple 提供機能の利用には、Apple のアカウントが必要となる場合があります。

6. Pro版機能・課金

本アプリには、App Store を通じて購入できる有料機能（Pro版・買い切り型）が含まれます。

購入、請求、返金その他の決済条件は、Apple の定める条件に従います
料金は App Store 上に表示される価格に従います
返金の可否、返金額、処理時期等は Apple の判断およびポリシーに従います。返金を希望する場合は、Apple の返金手続きから申請してください
購入の復元は、アプリ内の復元機能または Apple が提供する仕組みに従って行われます
有料機能の内容、価格、提供方法は、法令上許容される範囲で変更される場合があります

7. 広告

本アプリは、広告（バナー広告、ネイティブ広告、インタースティシャル広告、リワード広告）を表示する場合があります。

広告の表示、計測、不正防止等のため、第三者 SDK（Google Mobile Ads 等）を利用します。詳細は各事業者のポリシーをご確認ください
リワード広告の視聴により一定時間広告を非表示にする機能は、広告事業者側の配信状況等により利用できない場合があります
広告の内容やリンク先について、当方は保証を行いません

8. カメラ機能

護石読み取り機能の利用にはカメラ権限の許可が必要です。読み取り精度は、撮影環境、画面の状態、ゲーム側の表示仕様等により変動し、常に正確な読み取りを保証するものではありません。読み取り結果は登録前にユーザー自身でご確認ください。

9. 検索結果・収録データに関する免責（重要）

本アプリの検索結果、逆引き候補、スキル・装備・護石等の収録データは、開発時点の情報に基づく参考情報です。

収録データおよび計算結果が、実際のゲーム内の仕様、数値、抽選内容と異なる場合があります
ゲーム側のアップデートにより、収録データが最新の内容と一致しなくなる場合があります
逆引き機能が提示する護石は、入手可能性を保証するものではありません
本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる結果についても、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当方は責任を負いません

10. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
本アプリを逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングする行為（法令上認められる場合を除きます）
本アプリの不具合を意図的に悪用する行為
第三者の権利を侵害する行為
その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

11. 知的財産権

本アプリのプログラム、デザインその他当方が作成したコンテンツに関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。ゲームに関連する名称・データ等の権利は第3条のとおり各権利者に帰属します。本アプリの一部アイコンは、オープンソースライセンス（MIT License）に基づく素材を利用しています。

12. 免責

当方は、本アプリについて、事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないこと、特定目的適合性、有用性、完全性、正確性、継続性等を保証するものではありません。当方は、ユーザーが本アプリを利用したことまたは利用できなかったことにより生じた損害について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。

13. サービス内容の変更・停止

当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの全部または一部の内容を変更、追加、中断、終了することができます。第3条に基づく権利者からの申し立てによる場合も同様とします。

14. 規約の変更

当方は、必要と判断した場合、本規約を変更できるものとします。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または配布ページ等で周知することがあります。変更後にユーザーが本アプリを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

15. 準拠法・裁判管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所または東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。ただし、法令に別段の定めがある場合を除きます。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of MH Simulator (the "App") and define the relationship between you and the developer ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all use of the App. In-app notices and help text also form part of these Terms.

2. App Features

The App is an iOS app for the hunting action game "Monster Hunter Wilds" providing:

Equipment combination search (armor, charms, decorations, weapons) from skill conditions
Charm reverse lookup that suggests "charms that would complete the build" when a search returns no results
Owned charm registration and management, and a charm wishlist
Camera-based charm scanning input assistance
Saving and managing equipment sets
Custom weapon registration
Advertising and a Pro version (one-time in-app purchase)

3. Unofficial App Notice

The App is an unofficial fan-made app developed and operated by an individual.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by CAPCOM Co., Ltd. or its affiliates
All rights to "Monster Hunter" and related names and in-game data belong to their respective owners
If a rights holder raises an objection, the App may change its features or cease distribution

4. Environment

The App runs on supported iOS devices. You are responsible for preparing and managing the device, network environment, and Apple ID needed to use the App.

5. Accounts

The App provides no account registration or login of its own. Apple accounts may be required to use Apple-provided features such as the App Store.

6. Pro Version and Purchases

The App includes a paid Pro version (one-time purchase) available through the App Store.

Purchases, billing, and refunds follow Apple's terms
Prices follow those displayed on the App Store
Refund eligibility and processing are determined by Apple; use Apple's refund process to request one
Purchases can be restored via the in-app restore feature or Apple's mechanisms
Paid feature content, prices, and delivery may change to the extent permitted by law

7. Advertising

The App may display ads (banner, native, interstitial, and rewarded ads).

Third-party SDKs (such as Google Mobile Ads) are used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention; see each provider's policies for details
The rewarded-ad feature that temporarily hides ads may be unavailable depending on ad availability
We do not guarantee the content of ads or linked sites

8. Camera Feature

Camera permission is required for the charm scanning feature. Recognition accuracy varies with shooting conditions, screen state, and the game's display; accurate reading is not guaranteed. Please verify scan results before saving.

9. Disclaimer Regarding Search Results and Data (Important)

Search results, reverse-lookup suggestions, and bundled data (skills, equipment, charms, etc.) are reference information based on data available at development time.

Bundled data and calculation results may differ from the actual in-game specifications, values, or drop rules
Game updates may cause bundled data to become outdated
Charms suggested by the reverse lookup are not guaranteed to be obtainable
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not liable for any outcome arising from use of the App

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Violate laws or public order
Interfere with the operation of the App
Disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App (except as permitted by law)
Intentionally abuse bugs
Infringe the rights of third parties
Engage in any other conduct we deem inappropriate

11. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights to the App's program, design, and other content we created belong to us or rightful owners. Rights to game-related names and data belong to their respective owners as stated in Section 3. Some icons in the App are based on materials under the MIT License.

12. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee the absence of defects, fitness for a particular purpose, usefulness, completeness, accuracy, or continuity. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us, we are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.

13. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, add to, suspend, or terminate all or part of the App without prior notice, including in response to objections from rights holders as described in Section 3.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms when necessary. Important changes may be announced in the App or on the distribution page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location or the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, except as otherwise provided by law.
